  2. Biden didn't refused to produce the documents or disobey a subpoena. Same with Pence. It was inadvertent. when discovered they corrected the situation. Trump lied, got his lawyers to lie and hid military defense documents. Why??? Just a thought.

  3.  @AcidicMentality  If Trump had inadvertently taken the files and returned them when he was told they were not his to take, he would not be in this awful jam. That's what Biden and Pence did. Instead, 1. it was not inadvertent-- he was showing them off to his club pals and bragging how they were secret. 2 when asked to return them he refused, then finally returned a few but told his staff to hide boxes 3. When told theat there were still missing files he told his lawyers to say they were not in the boxes, refused to let his lawyers see some of the boxes, and suggested to that they should lie or destroy files. In addition, it does not appear that the Biden or Pence files involved highly secret military defense documents and maps (like the map Kid Rock said Trump showed him). So no, not "the same thing....except more of them, etc" One is innocent error. The other is wilful taking coupled with deception and disobeyal of subpoenas. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Read the Indictment and the statements in it regarding the documentary and testimonial (including Trump's own words recorded) evidence that will be shown at trial. It's his own arrogant fault.
