  1. The "Mansion" he lives in in Florida "Mar-A-Lago" he converted into a "club" so he charges people to come to his house, eat at a for-profit restaurant and swim in his pool. If you were a real billionaire, would you rent your house out every day as an AirBnB with strangers swimming in your pool? He bought the house in a distress sale then realized he couldn't afford it. So now the guests pay for everything. If I had the money I would want complete privacy, not customers, in my mansion.
