  1. They will move to Mexico, like they are doing now, because of the lower standard of living. Most of them are illegals in Mexico because you can't spend more than 6 months on a tourist visa

  2.  @kenwarner3715  It wasn't bought, it was stolen by slaveowners who stole the land before Mexico outlawed slavery. The Alamo was fought so that Americans living in Mexico would not lose their slaves.
