What he did was a crime under NY's business records and frauds laws, as well as a violation of the State tax laws, in addition to the federal campaign finance laws. He can be put in jail. His guilt is unquestionable.

You think he would be hired as a controller for a legitimate company? Michael Cohen graduated form the lowest ranked law school in the country. No large real estate investment company would even give him an interview. Trump makes him "General Counsel". That's how he gets loyalty. But as we saw when he hired staff in government these third raters are generally incompetent and most eventually get fired.
