  1. By law. You think anyone can be on the ballot. There are specific tests. You must be over 35 to be the Presidential ballot. Do you think a 12 year old can be on because the voters have a 'right'? there are specific requirements. Engaging in an insurrection against the US government is disqualifying. You don't need a legal conviction, just a finding. That's the law.

  11. Anyway, it is certainly not unconstitutional. You are ineligible to appear on the ballot if you engaged in acts of insurrection agains the Federal government. Pretty simple. That's the test. That's the law.
