  1.  @Dragonalynn  So if a 12 year old who was not born in the US wants to run for President Colorado must put him on the ballot? The criteria are US born, over 35 and not an insurrectionist. Are you saying that the state has no role in make a determination of Constitutional tests?

  2. What about the other criteria? Age and US born? The State can't make those determinations either? So States must let children run for President because it's not up to the states whether a candidate is at least 35 years old.
