There are legal tests to be met to be on the ballot, like minimum age. Engaging in insurrection is a disqualifier, just like being to young.

Who? You mean who was denied because of age, place of birth or engaging in an insurrection? Place of birth has come up but Trump is the first (post Civil War) to engage in an insurrection against the US government
