They are while sitting, according to a policy of the Dept of Justice. That's why Mueller's hands were tied. But Trump is NOT a sitting President. He is NOT immune anymore.

@manuelvazquez8758 That applies to a person who is then a sitting President. That is why Mueller did not prosecute even though the Russian collusian evidence was overwhelming. But Trump is no longer a sitting President so "Impeachment" is in applicable-- he is already out of office. "sins do not remove him from office"?? He is already out of office.

@mr.liberty8611 I have never met a single person who "loves government over individual rights". That sounds ridiculous and improbable. Government is a necessity for civilization, but to "love" it more than individual rights?? Unless you mean soldiers who will sacrifice their lives for the love of their country. But even there most would confess they are sacrificing for other reasons or maybe the love of their family. What are you talking about?
