  2. The really rich never say "I'm really rich". That's usually a tip off that the guy is a con and wants your money "even though he doesn't need it" because, after all "he's really rich". Rich with the money of those he's conned maybe.

  7.  @Richard-od7yd  It was always smoke and mirrors. We now know that he lied to Forbes to get in the 400 list. His name is on properties he doesn't own. The few he own are so leveraged that the banks will end up owning them. 40 Wall is a Class C office space, at best. He doesn't own Trump Tower, except the office and commercial space. The market for that has gotten bad. The Condos (which other than his own unit, he doesn't own) are not considered to be very desirable-- their time has passed, 30 years ago. I know the UK golf resorts are 100% financed by Russian mob money. He lost the lease on the Eastchester golf course. MAL is commercial only-- he gave up the right to develop that as a private residence when he accepted tax breaks from the National Trust. That mean permanent "club" designation. Even Donald is not supposed to live there except under a "super" or "grounds manager" exemption. Who would pay over $20M for that?
