  1. Al most all of Trump's wall is just an upgrade to existing wall. Very little of it is new barrier. It was designed to be a vehicle for construction fraud. Biden needs to audit the project.

  2. The purpose of the wall was not to keep out illegal immigrants. The purpose was to have a multi-billion dollar project that could be used for graft. That is Trump's specialty in real estate. Fake consulting payments, inflated invoices, awarding jobs to friends and family, the list goes on. No one is watching.
