@eaglerider1826 The border was not more "secure" under Trump than it is today. How do you define "secure" when we have thousands of miles of border in the south, north, the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Plus we have islands that are either states or territories. The US has tens of thousands of border guards and fencing where necessary. People will get in or out someplace if they are motivated. Ironically, Trump's fencing project, which only built 70 miles of new fence, also entailed building access roads for the construction crews. Today when immigrants from the south simply climb over or cut through the Trump fence they can be picked up by friends who have taveled by car over these access roads. Before they needed to trek by foot through desert. Thanks Trump!
