  1. You have it wrong or presented in a confusing way. He does not own these condos. They are owned by unrelated individual who bought condos in Trump-branded buildings. The developer pays Trump a fee for the sign, basically. That rate is probably fixed. If the Trump-branded condos are selling for less it affects the unit owner trying to sell, not Trump.

  3. They are owned by the unit owners. At Trump Tower they were sold by Trump's company years ago. At almost all of the other buildings they were sold by unrelated developers who also pay Trump to put the sign on the building.
