  1.  @Teddy31976  The Republicans capped the real estate tax deduction but it is still there up to $10,000/yr. HOA would only be deductible if it included some real estate tax factor. This is a condo. You pay "common charges" which may include real estate taxes or mortgage interest on the building, which you would need to break out from the total. The 2016 cap hurts home owners.

  4. Glad Cash is wise to the whole CBD scam. Consumer Reports has an issue on it. There is no scientific evidence to supports 99% of the claims made by the CBD sellers. It's a big scam like "gluten free" which also has no science behind it. Gluten is protein. It's great for you if you are on a low carb diet.
