  1. Lots of these people work very long hours and want to walk to work or take a cab, not wait for the next scheduled train. And they are young people right out of school making over $200K.

  3. The comments here are filled with people saying how little they pay for big houses and big lots. Where are the unaffordable living costs. These NYC apartments are rented to young people moving to NYC for their first jobs out of school. And they are paid $100-200K. So they can afford it.

  8. "Midcentury Modern" was cheap post WW2 furniture and housing mass produced for returning GIs. It was never meant to be quality.

  9. Murray Hill is one of the better neighborhoods in NYC. Not congested, many amenities, restaurants, cleaners, the NYU hospital is nearby. Good place for a young person starting out in NYC.
