  1. Location location. This is not the New York people think of when they want to moved to New York. Not an easy commute. Technically, Staten Island is NYC but it's a whole different world.

  3.  @MK-hh1vo  My wife grew up in Brooklyn. I didn't. She told me they would call Manhattan "the City" and Nassau or Suffolk counties Long Island "Long Island". Of course Brooklyn is both in NYC and on Long Island so both expressions were redundant, but that was their feeling.
