  1.  @J.R.60517  There is no place for the compressors. At best you could do thru-wall units if the building permitted it, but you would need to have masonry work done on the building facade. Too expensive to to do for a rental

  2. It doesn't look like the original floor plan. Walls were removed and the wooden columns frame the openings. They don't look original. The floors are probably not original since the agree with the modified floorplan and look too new. Same with the doors and moldings.

  4. Rent stabilization. Rent control is the old law that is extreme rare and those apartments are decontrolled when the tenant leaves.

  5. It's a coop, not a rental. The apartments cost many millions and the monthly maintenance is probably almost $10K/mo on average.
