@doloresperez5296 You can't live anywhere you want. There are zoning laws. He is living in a commercial property. He agreed in writing that he would not live there.

lucky m3x He claims he is a Billionaire but no one knows the real extent of his indebtedness, especially since he has contingent debt due to personal guarantees. He may in fact have a zero or negative net worth.

@julianpetkov8320 Tara Reade dropped her allegations. She was not credible

@covfefe1787 It's not a private home anymore. He converted it to a commercial property. That's when he signed the agreement not to live there. The document has the 21 days but in fact Trump represented to the Town that he would not spend a single day there ever. The town can cancel his commercial license for the violation. He has other violations such as the number of members was limited, by law, to 300. He has well exceeded that. If the town revokes the license the members will want their initiation fees back. Those range from $50-300K times about 500-600. Losing the club license would also be a violation of a deed covenant with the National Trust that would void large tax breaks that the club received from the IRS. Those would need to be paid back too.

@Anne--Marie Derek Chauvin, a full-time Minneapolis cop claimed he was a Florida resident, no doubt to avoid paying state and local taxes to the Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota. He was a registered Republican in Florida.

@lemmon-up4er They are rented out. He's too cheap. He couldn't afford to live in Mar-A-Lago as a real Palm Beach mansion the way the other local Billionaires do, so he made his would be home into a commercial property. Now he basically lives upstairs from a restaurant and has strangers swimming in hos pool and eating in his dining room. Not very "Billionaire-like".

@Muddy_The_Water New York can claim him back as a resident because of the Trump Tower condo.

But Donald swore on his voter registration that this was his legal address. He didn't write "Florida resident, but homeless"
1
@lemuzyka It's a matter of a sworn misstatement (possibly) on his voter registration form and it's a matter of possibly losing the club license that the town issued.

@debbiejoy1777 Please do not be so naive as to believe that Trump did not take his entire salary for four years. He said so? Meaningless. Trump has a long history of never giving any of his own money to charity. He also has put all of his family members and friends on the federal payroll, including Rudy's son on a $95K "no show" job. Does that sound like a man who leaves a nickel on the table?
