  2.  @heemlo649  It's all in the context. If a five year old boy asks the teller for money it's just a cute harmless kid. If it's a big adult with a serious look on his or her face it's a potential robbery. Same on the street. Or if it's the President or a cop you may infer that it is more than a request, such as "please get out of the vehicle". The President (Pence's boss) is the ultimate "cop".
