  2. The administration is chaotic and understaffed as usual. If Trump would only appoint the agency heads that are still vacant, employment would go up. There are thousands and he just can't be bothered to focus on it. It's not news worthy or tweetable.

  4. Has the US government made clear whether these stimulus payments are taxable income, like unemployment? They don't withhold. If unclear there could be a tax surprise next April 15.
