Money. Money. Money. There are at least 20 Russian oligarchs who have almost limitless amounts of money. Putin made these men rich by selling them state-owned assets for pennies. Putin is the Oligarch maker. Can you imagine how much Putin is worth? Some say he is the richest man in the world. All from stealing the wealth of the country from its people. Like 90% of the dictators in African countries.
