@ray24051 And they don't live in apartments over restaurants. Mar-A-Lago is not a "mansion". It's a commercial building not even zoned for residency. It's operated as a restaurant and recreation facility open to hundreds of people and their guests. If you were a Billionaire would you open up your pool and dining room to the public to make a few bucks? Because it is a commerical building Trump had to appeal to the Town of Palm Beach to be allowed to live upstairs. He asked for an exemption equivalent to being the "live-in handiman/super" of a building. And his quarters are of modest size. Real Palm Beach Billionaires live in 20,000 s.f. homes. They do NOT invite the public to pay a fee to swim in their pools or be served meals in their kitchens.

@lawrencedoliveiro9104 It says it all. Native American tribes with no bsuiness acumen or business degrees get casino licenses and make fortunes. There are house odds. As long as people walk in the door you are assured of making money. Trump should be in the Guinness Book of Records as the only "Businessman" ever to actually go bankrupt running casinos.
