  1. Trump wanted the Wall as a means to divert hundreds of millions of construction graft to friends and family. It was never about immigration. It was about patronage contacts, inflated invoices, consulting agreements with shell companies. Unsupervised construction contract fraud. Trump Atlantic City style!
