That was a private dining club started by Walter Chrysler, the Cloud Club. His private dining room has the mural. The kitchen is gutted but the dining space is still there. The Club moved to the top floor of the MetLife, formerly PanAm building. I don't know if it's still open.

@bocabec6744 One thing less special back then was the absence of air conditioning. These old buildings had windows that opened and transom windows over interior offices that were necessities in summer months. People used big electric fans on stands. Jacket and tie was expected. although you could take off your jacket unless you attended a meeting with others. Without AC summers were hot in NYC office buildings, even into the 1970's. Of course, riding the subway to work meant you and your poplin suit were already soaked with sweat when you arrived at work.
