New hypersonic missile come in two catagories , HGV or Cruise ... Kinzhal is neither , its an air launched ballistic missile launched on a "quasi ballistc " path , very limited movement and tops at around Mach7-8 !

@michaelmontgomery5326 the SM-3 Block 1A/B can do Mach 8.8, the Block IIA can do Mach 13.2 ... both are hypersonic speeds, all ICBMs are hypersonic , you need to phone a friend ? 🤡
