  1. No ... the Kinzhal not a new " hypersonic" missile , its an air launched ballistic missile (Iskander) fired on a quasi-ballistic trajectory, it moves but cannot perform any "evasive manoeuvres " like a cruise missile. Russia are just using the "hypersonic " trait as propaganda.
