Russia done none of this... why ? Ukraine asked 11 times in 8 years to send peacekeepers to the Donbass to stop the war, but Russia vetoed this proposal all 11 times... why?

Putin has put back Russia 20 years with industry , cut off from a lot of Western technology imports, which it simply won't be able to replace. China has made it clear that it's not going to supply Russia with sanctioned technology ... so its Russia people who are going to suffer the most.
