  2.  @chrisg.k487  Early in the war the West made a decision that they would never send Western tanks to the Ukraine ...thats why Spain were stopped. Putin has put back Russia 20 years with industry , cut off from a lot of Western technology imports, which it simply won't be able to replace. China has made it clear that it's not going to supply Russia with sanctioned technology ... so its Russia people who are going to suffer the most.
