  2.  @johnswift1736  Putin would never use them and China wouldnt back him at all ...they have a strict, long standing "no first strike" policy ... China would probably be the first to use diplomacy.

  3.  @srinip  Yeah.. last year when Putin brought it up they both strongly condoned it, ( I think India were more concerned what Pakistan would do ) Xi even warned Putin personally aparently!
