You also forget about the 1.6 million people in the city of Kurchatov and surrounding areas were exposed to nuclear / radiation tests at the Semipalatinsk range, as part of experiments on civilians by the Russians ? You also forget that Japan started it ? or that the actual WW2 was started by Germany allied with the Russians ? ... or what about the Russians currently cluster bombing civilians since the start of the invasion if you want to talk about that ?
