Russia are posting figures on a percentage of the last 12 years ( negative growth) whereas everyone else is using just last years hence why they think its a larger GDP than others coming from a low baseline. Like I said previous go read the Key figures , Inflation, Interest Rates , Producer Prices and Currency. and its another story ! Even their own Academy of Science posted a paper saying it started to collapse last year.
