@Tayletubby Russians seem to think that winters in Europe are the same as Russia ! ...I don't think it has even snowed in a few European countries for the last couple of year .

@michaelfainshtein3461 No they cant at this present time as current law permits only freezing, but Biden is asking lawmakers for the authority to formally confiscate the assets... then he will be able to use the seized cash at will.🙂

@michaelfainshtein3461 US do send cash to Arab countries , $6.6 billion last year! There is no problem at all freezing cash of a dictator who takes it upon himself to invade a Sovereign country ! ... you seriously think that is ok ?
