@christiaanvieweg5342 They using a wartime economy ... they are posting figures to IMF / World Bank on a percentage of the last 12 years ( negative growth) whereas everyone else is using just last years hence why they think its a larger GDP than others coming from a low baseline. IR currently at 21% which means that it is now the EMERGENCY rate, Chinese and Indian banks are now refusing to do any deals in the Ruble as payments are collapsing. Even Putin admitted it was collapsing in his Xmas speech last week... try to keep up kid !
