The Belt & Road Initiative has totally COLLAPSED , Chinese Banks now refusing to release cash payments , companies will only deal with Russia in Yuan, hence the massive increase in costs in Russia.. hardly a beneficial partnership, you need to keep up with the times instead of your old Copy& Paste Doc kid !
