  3.  @Ashlesh....  With the exception of India all members are collapsing countries ! BRICS bank is making the same mistakes as the institutions it was supposed to replace, China and India constantly at odds with each other , low trade integration, unequal growth from countries ( which is obvious ) ....India would be wise to go with the West rather than have China as its real adversary !
