Official figures from Russia ( and we know these will have been doctored badly ) but still show Oil & Gas revenue down by 65% and war expenditure rises by 35%..a Net Loss of R1.7 Trillion...OPEC+ are now forcing more cuts as oil prices fall even more , oil sales to India dropped by 700k barrels/day , Russia’s central bank raised its key interest rate by 100 basis points to 16% for the fifth consecutive term ! Even their own Russian Academy of Science have admitted that the Russian economy has started to collapse !
