@chipmonk12 the original Minsk signatories are Russia, Ukraine, and the OSCE. They required a ceasefire, withdrawal of foreign military forces, disbanding of illegal armed groups, and returning control of the Ukrainian side of the international border with Russia to Ukraine, all of this under OSCE supervision... Russia done none of this ! There was no plans in place when Boris was there ... that was a made up story by Sergey Radchenko and Samuel Charap in Istanbul, Russian media jumped on it for propaganda, go check for yourself !

Russia done none of this ! Ukraine asked 11 times in 8 years to send peacekeepers to the Donbass to stop the war, but Russia vetoed this proposal all 11 times... why ?
