  1. odd that Russian figures show Oil & Gas revenue down by 65% and war expenditure rises by 35%..a Net Loss of R1.7 Trillion...OPEC+ are now forcing more cuts as oil prices fall even more , oil sales to India dropped by 700k barrels/day , Russia’s central bank raised its key interest rate by 100 basis points to 16% for the fifth consecutive term, even the Russian Academy of Science in a new report have admitted that their economy has started to collapse !
