@margelatu79 No .. the only formal agreement signed between NATO countries and the USSR, was the Treaty of Final Settlement with Respect to Germany. These promises made specifically relate to Germany, and the territory of the former GDR, which were on the deployment of non-German NATO forces into eastern Germany and the deployment of nuclear weapons ... and all these promises have been kept !

@margelatu79 No.. that's just a myth made up by Russia... if you read the historical records from both East and West this shows that the narrative of broken promises is simply not true !
