Massacred people for 20 minutes, just blocks from an FSB building in one of the most militarised countries in the world, then got in a car and drove 200+ miles without incident and then apprehended without any shootout ? .... yeah right !

@NataliaYasnaya They were terrorists, its NEVER "concrete" .. but Putin still should have done something ! He was warned by 7 countries that something was about to happen... all those poor civilians died because of him !
