it was ok for Russia to borrow weapons from USA in WWII ? The US created the lend lease act especially for Stalin, so they could defend themselves against the Germans they’d been allied to from 1939-1941..its this very same act that Ukraine is now using ! The Budapest agreement with Russia, (signed by Russia) stated that in return for Ukraine handing over its nuclear weapons Russia would respect Ukraine’s sovereignty. So should Russia ever use military force against Ukraine then those countries ( USA, UK France etc. ) would provide assistance.

@philipmathews-fo7vg Because Putin knows he could never win a ground war with NATO .... nuclear would be his only option , hence all the cry baby threats !
