Russia have been doing it for the last 50 years up there. To make something with a 500m Tsunami like the Russians claim would take a meteor strike ! for example .. the 2011 tsunami in Japan was estimated at about 9.3 million megatons ...the Posiedon is 2mt ... sort of brings in into perspective..... thank me later 😉
