Russian bots don't seem to understand other implications of the price cap and what it means , the West hold the insurance policies for about 95% of the world's tanker fleet Russia use for oil ..Who is going to insure them now at such vast costs ? ... no insurance means then cant move / dock anywhere unless they adhere to the cap...it will cripple Russia`s export by sea.
