  1. Well one that they're building is ITER - a big Tokamak.The main issue I see is we're going to boil water with it like it or not because that's the only way we can spin a turbine. And regarding ITER - they want to boost it from seconds to minutes and so on.

  2. Well radio frequency (RF) moves at the speed of light. And another RF power falls at the square of the distance between the transmitter and receiver. So let's say there's a civilization 1000 light years from us. And they're transmitting. it would take 1000 years to reach us and be a very weak sign signal. And consider too radio has only been around for 100 years

  4. if you consider we've only been broadcasting and using radio for about 100 years. And if it goes at the speed of light we're roughly 100 light years out. If the RF power hasn't decreased so much you'd need a very sensitive receiver to hear it. In other words RF power decreases at the square of the distance. And we haven't necessarily gone quiet - you still have analog broadcast in the form of commercial radio and yeah TV is digital now. But you've got millions upon millions of cell phones in the world all shooting out RF.

  5. Thats because uranium is a fission producer. Right now they're working on huge fusion reactor in France. It's call the ITER. It's a tokamak. What I like about fusion is the waste isn't an issue as much as fission
