  1. We had a bit of flooding in Rhode Island back in 2010. Down near me the entirety of the valley section of the city of Providence was flooded out. It was a week solid of rain that did that - to the point the Scituate Reservoir the cities main water supply sent water into it's spillways. Those spillways connected to the Woonasquatucket River which flows right through the Valley section of Providence. Plus western Cranston - where the water on houses was up to the roof line.
