  1. Here in RI we have three federal highways, I-95, I-195, and I-295. Now on I-95 through say Pawtucket and into Providence the speed limits are 55, 50, 45, 50, 55. It irks the shit out of me. I'm the guy who finds the least occupied lane and does 70 in it just to help skew the 85th percentile. And as you get south on I-95 the speed limit goes to 65 - but here's the thing - just two lanes. " Now I-195 is rated at 50MPH throughout. ANd I-295 is for the most part 65MPH.
