  2. This is why I love the system here in RI. We mark up a paper ballot, then feed the ballot into a scanning machine. It keeps the paper ballots so recount is easy if it becomes necessary.

  3. If the conservatives do re-write the Bible it means about 90% of the New Testament will have to be excised. In essence those people are of an Old Testament mindset. And what it really comes down to is their own pride in their ignorance.

  4. Right on target. They're sore losers. Of course it adds to their misery that their policies were essentially beaten by a black guy. I've always said, want to really bring the crazies out of the woodwork? Run a disabled black lesbian for President. You'll have the idiots crawling out of the woodwork on that one. But the tea baggers, birthers et al are just a tiny little minority of the country.
