  1. Well - here's the thing. I bet all of these people are either setup as sole proprietorships. Setup as a C Class corporation. They get away with murder.

  2. Well of course it's unconstitutional. It's just that corporate America operates under a very different rule set than you and I. That's also why if you own a small business do yourself a favor and talk to an attorney.

  3. BillyJoe1305 That is bizarre. The corporation is usually filed with the state and then you elect the type with the IRS. And LLC is usually pretty bulletproof.
