  1. Only issue is if you're diabetic. Then most of the product at Trader Joe's is verboten. Used to love shopping there in the northeast but haven't been to one down here in the Atlanta area yet.

  2.  @elizabethblane201  Yes indeed - I've become painfully aware of that. Like I said I used to tip the scales at close to 230 now down to about 180. And I wasn't diabetic by my spouse was. So dietary changes applied to both of us.
