  1. My first was an AMF Bicycle - I put a speedo on it. From that I learned two things. A) I put 1,500 miles on that bike in one summer and B) You can in fact get a bicycle up to 75MPH with good hills. From there I got a 1976 Pontiac Trans Am with a 455 and a 4 speed manual. Too much for a 16 year old. Tires were pretty pricey for that baby. But it was gorgeous. And friends had GTO's, Chargers, Camaro etc.
