  1. I found out I don't black out or forget when I'm drunk. It's been a long time since I've been drunk too. And yeah sugared drinks were cut out too. I'm 5'8" which is 173cm. And I weigh 150lbs or 68KG though before I cut the sugars back I weighed 240lbs or 108KG
